The App is NOT intended to provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. 

The App is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not evaluated by the MHRA/FDA or any health authority.

 

3. Important Safety and Medical Disclaimers

 

3.1 Not Medical or Psychological Treatment

- Hollow is a wellness companion app, NOT a medical device or therapeutic tool

- The App does NOT provide medical advice, psychological treatment, or mental health services

- Content is for informational and wellness purposes only

- The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychological care

 

3.2 Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or emergency, immediately contact:

Do NOT rely on this App for crisis support or emergency assistance

 

3.3 Professional Support

4.1 AI-Generated Content

- The App uses AI to generate task suggestions and conversation responses

The App's AI systems are specifically programmed to:

- AVOID content related to self-harm, suicide, violence, medical advice, psychological treatment, eating disorders, substance abuse

- FOCUS on positive daily activities, gentle wellness practices, and everyday social situations

- REDIRECT users to professional support when serious concerns are detected

 

4.3 User Responsibility

- Use the App responsibly and within safe limits

- Do not rely on AI suggestions for serious personal decisions

- Seek professional help for mental health or medical concerns

- Report any inappropriate content to us immediately

 

5. Age Requirements

 

- The App is intended for users aged 13 and above

- Users under 18 should use the App with parental guidance

- Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use
