After rediscovering an old notebook filled with a dark stream of consciousness from my most difficult year, I found it triggered old feelings that I had worked hard to get past, immediately unraveling my ability to tolerate the people who inflicted that damage. I had to start over again. 

 

While journaling can be cathartic, not all thoughts need to be revisited.

 

That’s why I created a space in this app where users can release their darkest feelings into a black hole - an intentional void where they disappear forever. It's a symbolic and emotional act of letting go, offering a sense of relief without the fear of those thoughts resurfacing.
